About PML Support

PML Support is a knowledge base and ticket system used to track requests for support related to library technologies and access to resources. PML Support is the best way to request assistance from the library's Technical Services department.
Who can submit a support request?
Anyone can request support using the PML Support Request Form (linked below).
When should a support request be made?
Anyone can make a request regarding:
- trouble with accessing an electronic resource or database
- any broken links to a resource or database
For library personnel at PML, additional requests can be made regarding:
- reporting issues with any of our library services and platforms (EBSCO, Springshare, SirsiDynix, ILLiad, etc.)
- training sessions on library services and technologies*
- statistics on holdings, usage, etc.*
Please note: Requests for training or statistics should be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
